DVS umix-44 and macbook pro 15 osx 10.6.8

I bought a small problem your product MixVibes DVS
umix-44 with 2xCD and 2xvinyl. Unfortunately I can not rip the device running
mac osx 10.6.8 namely sound comes out but there is no control via the
players. Although installed djcross free on a laptop where I muxvibes our
original program included on the album is all I have to do it like to work on
my MacBook please help.

It may be some got lost in translation...

Cross Free does not have DVS support nor multi channel output.

MixVibes DVS is Windows only.

If you have a registered MixVibes DVS version you are entitled to use Cross DVS at upgrade rate.
