Compatible controllers

Good Morning, i recent purchased a Ion discover DJ because i saw on the Cross DJ website that it was compatible.. when i tried to connect it i went back on the Cross DJ website only to notice it wasnt highlighted yellow.. meaning they dont have any instructions on how to connect the controller.. does that mean ts no longer compatible?

Hi, you need to Install the Cross Software. Windows normally recognize the controller automatically.

If there is a CD with the driver for the ION, you must Install that.

STart Cross and than you can use it.

regerster the software in the fourm ,,,,user control panel/profile/serial# ,,this allows for updates and upgrade pricing ,, any other s please feel free to ask ,,as to being a older controller and info will be nessary

ok so now that I'm trying to install the software its saying i can't install it because microsoft applications are not supported on OS X... but In the instruction manual it says it can download on Mac computers what now?

As said, register your software and in the download section you should be able to download the Mac (OSX) version.
