problem with Cross DJ 3.3.10

in first, hello every body, I'm new to this forum, I am the acquisition of Cross DJ there some time, like many I had the problem of firmware 2.6. this one is not completely resolved because
most of the functions are ok except:
_gain on channel 1 and 2
_equaliseur bass / mid / treble.

so I was in the mapping, the console is locked, I duplicated a way to access different functions.
it works on most of those above, except the ones I mentioned above ... . nothing to do it does not want to !!

Not sure what is going wrong. However many controllers do not have the command to exchange info of the current position of the faders on startup. This means you have to move the faders to have Cross synced.

Might this be the issue?
