2 basic options.
1. start Cross in 32bit mode.
2. remove mixvibes.settingsfile
1: right click on 64bit icon and select 32bit mode
2: in win it is located in path like
c:\users\username\appdata\roaming\mixvibes\
please note that a reinstall doesn't change this file.
It is not typical related to your issue, but as I supposed you upgraded from 2.x it would exclude an issue with this file.
After removal first try 32bit mode. If this works you can try 64bit.
When any of your drivers is 32bit you can't use the 64bit.
If you have any crash files please upload so the devteam can have a look and maybe catch the issue.
