No license

I just bought Cross DJ, and they didn't give me a license key or code to use the software, so I can't use it . How do I get a license?

(Sorry for the dumb question, but i'm serious).

if you purched the software in cd version then the licence key is on the cd sleeve

if purched on line the e mail has a confirmation # /serial # ,, thease need to be regerstered in the fourm ,

Thank you. We didn't receive any email with a confirmation number. Is there somebody we can call? Is there another way to generate this number?

you have questions,,but no answers ,, only three ways to purches Cross DJ ,,the software comes in hardware form ,, install cd ,,whereas the cd sleeve has the licence key on it ,,
online where the software is downloaded to your computer ,, where a e mail is generated with confirmation numbers to verfy that it has been paid for
the third way is the Cross DJ app thru applestore( which i am unfamiliar with )but a licence can be obtained ,, (check rojec posting footer for details ,)

so tell us how you purched it and how come there was not a licence key with it ,, only app purches come like that in that case check rojec postings

The problem was probably on our end. My 12 year old son (a passionate DJ) purchased the s/w and did not scroll down far enough on the page to enter all the info (email, etc.,) so now we have an order confirmation number from Pay Pal but no license key (probably because the system doesn't know where to send it). Is there a way to retrieve the license key?

:idea: thats may be the fouth way to get the software and not the licence key there is a process to get a licence key ,, any info ,,that has been saved ,thru paypal reciepts/,,can be fowarded to the companys rep ,, (got to get his name) ,, or get paypal to duplicate the paperwork for the tranaction ,, this time you control the paperwaork ,,then you can enter it in the fourm ,

hope this helps ,, might be a little time consuming ,, but should have spent the time keeping DJ impaitent at bay
