short keys for track loading don't load the track

Hello,

I've got a little problem with Cross DJ 3.3.10 64bit on a laptop with Windows 8. I have iTunes on it and an iTunes library with 10.000 + songs. I've put them in my collection in mixvibes. Analyzed them en can play them if I use right click and load to player A/B. That way they'll load properly.
When I use the keyboard shortcut ctrl shift <-- or --> , player A/B runs that little 'thinking' animation but doesn't load the track.

What am I doing wrong?

You can check the keyboard mapping you use to see if it is mapped with this function. If not, you can add this by copying the mapping you use and add the key combination. Or select an other mapping.

Also it could be that you keyboard has a 'driver setting' that makes left and right keys being different (usually only for ALT this is pretty normal).

You can't load tracks in a playing deck (unless 'security' is disabled).

:cool: looked for the keyboard mapping you mentioned ,,all i see is to empty the players ,,see screen shots to see if this is the same command you are trying to use ,,

Load function with the factory mapping is in fact

CTRL <- (cursor left) load into deck A
CTRL -> (cursor right) load into deck B

CTRL + shift + cursors is for cloning decks
