Lost my serial key

I have the cd which i installed on my mac but there is not the envelope with the serial so i losted it
my number of serial of my mixvibes U-Mix Control Pro is :
M110xxxx - september 2011

Serialnr and software key are not logged by mixvibes.

Might it be you registered your key with an other username.

Alternatively it may be you received a.mail with the key.

:cool: hate to say you are out of luck,the licence key is the software ,,by chance what version was installed ,, some of the later versions had the serial # in the info section/tab ,, gonna look at mine to tell you where ,, other wise you might have to purches the software again ,,

try looking at the gui upper left corner ,,,display menue/about ,, the window that comes up might have the licence key at the bottom ,, if it does then you are in luck ,,copy it down and regerster it in the fourm

meager chance that the indiviual in the screen shot might be able to assist ,,

Not sure what you're trying to prove.
You don't reply to any of the suggestions.

Having a mixvibes controller doesn't mean you have a license for the software. If you purchased at a retailer and it was a new product then it should be included.

A second hand purchase can only include a license if the previous owner waved his right.

MixVibes doesn't keep track of serial numbers nor license keys. However it does offer the option to register in your user profile so you can retrieve in case you may loose it.

well hello ,,can post all of the info i posted in my reply to you pleanty of info ,,all of its correct ,, mixvibes doesnt keep records of what retailer it sell its controller packages too , that retailer doesnt keep records of who its sells the controller packages too and sends that info to the company it buys them from , the buyer dosent give info to the seller to give to the company to keep track of the purches ,, all of that is done by regerstering the software licence key,,which in essence is the software ,so,,,,
not a scam and since you are not familiar with the process of securing software the company that developes and sells it have issued licence keys or activiation codes for each copy of that software ,, which by one form or fashion you have to regerster on the sellers company site to activiate the software ,all that being said and hopefully understood ,, the posting that was posted eariler please check out your options and see which one works for you ,, since it was you that didnt save the licence key onece you used it to activiate the software ,,
