Cross fader far left but playing tracks from right channel

Thanks that seems to have helped. I can now Cross fade.
*What do you mean by "mix knob in the upper right .middle knob fully counterclockwise" which mix knob are you referring to the "master knob"?
*how do I know if I am using 64 bit or 32 bit version?
*have changed to selected mapping for control pro 1 (2,5-6 locators?). Is this the correct V?

midle knob on top roght sige ,, for monitor /mix .. allows for listing to either master out or montior ,,pre fade listening

that vers should be good ,, also what did you do to get it working

3.0 cersions and above have to ver installed ,, 64 bit is marked ,, on mac i think you can select it by right clicking on icon ,, not shure PC man my self

What middle knob are you referring to? are you referring to the master small knob? Very confused here? which icon are you referring to?

3.0 version- i cannot see this version. The most I see is 2.5?

To get it working I just clicked on the version in MIDI preferences.

I can also not get my sync to work. I used to be able to press sync and the tracks synced. this doesn't work any more?

I was looking at the pictue that you posted and noticed something weird. The A and B icons next to crossfader are not lit up.

That can mean only 2 things.
Either only one channel is available for output as Daniel mentioned.

channels A and B are set to bypas the crofader and go straight to master. (fix is done by clicking A and B to assign to crosfader)
