admin re: cannot upgrade

i can not seem to upgrade all i get is access denied this looks like an internal issue as i have followed instruction as per guidance notes. Can you please advise?

Hi,

Did you register your serial number in your forum account?
This number give you access to the update download.

If the problem is somewhere else, can you give a little more detail about it?

YES it is registered in the user control panel in the correct format but when i try to download i get access denied?

Hello, I'm having the exact same issue as the original poster. Did this ever get resolved? I am using Cross le that came with my Xone 23c. I have entered the serial number like it asks but still will give the access denied please enter serial #

The Devs found out that your original file has a problem. there is a simple but bad bug which directs you to the full version what won't work. Your serial is correctly taken by the system (at least it seems to be) but you were linked to the wrong file. So you get the error message.
try to get the correct version at:
get.mixvibes.com
You have to enter your serial there to download it. But in this version the bug is corrected and you will get all coming updates.
