Hercules RMX 2

Hi All

Hope you can help ... I'm running Cross 3.3.10 on Mac OS X 10.10.2, but cannot get the controller (RMX 2) to work.

In Cross MIDI preferences it seems to recognise there's an RMX 2 connected (this is selected automatically in preferences when connected). When I press something on the controller this flashes, but it doesn't actually activate any functions.

I've loaded the latest Hercules panel, so everything is up to date. I've searched the forum and cannot see what I'm missing. It is supposed to be officially supported, but it doesn't work!

Any help greatly appreciated.

couple of issues as to getting help , first please regerster the software licence key in the fourm ,,,user control panel/profile /serial# ,, this gives you full user fourm benifits ,,
as to the controller there are a couple of topics concerning the controller and solutions ,, not to familiar with its set up but this will give some info that might help till the rmx guru comes on line also any info as to what you have tried tio resolve this issue might help with redundunt suggestions ,, also welcome

have you checked that the proper mapping is selected ,,

Have you tried clicking on the RMX 2 icon in the MIDI List. It doesn't seem to do anything but it makes sure that you are using the correct MIDI mapping.

Also, can you please post a screen shot of your Audio Set up (Audio tab)
