just purchased a new computer,how can i get the software ive already purchased on it

first you have to regerster the software licence key in the fourm ,,,user control panel/profile /serial # then you can access the download section for the latest version of software

how do i find the serial number?i downloaded the software from the website and requested the backup cd.the only info on the cd is a ref#
nothing else.nothing resembles the formula that is shown in user profile

If you purchased via mixvibes website you received an email with the license key. You had to type the key in the program to be able to use it.

The suggestion was to check the email with the purchase confirmation.
Even though I don't know how the logistics for the Cross Pack is handled this is the way license-only products are done.

And I do assume you checked the sleeve and package like 10 times before you wrote your post in the forum.

Be aware that the purchase information is not emailed by mixvibes but by the payment company. Likely the mail also has the extended download credentials.
