Reloop Spin2! Interface output quiet

Postby heyphil on 11 Mar 2015, 12:47

Hi,

i am using the Cross Demo with the Spin2! Interface and wonder why the output of the interface is that quiet? I need to turn the gain full and even this is still not 50% of normal loudness.

Can you please help me? If this problem is solved i definetely will purchase the full version. Hope it is not my Spin Interface...

Thanks in advance!

hi daniel,

sorry for the lack of information.

I cannot give you a screenshot no but later this day. I have a very similar set up. I use two turntables (Reloop rp 6000 mk 6) and a Pioneer djm 250-k mixer.
Normally the volume led´s are in the yellow area. But with full gain i just reach the half of green led´s. I used the interface before with the reloop spin2! software on windows. This set up worked so there is no failure in the analog settings.
I use the mixvibes software just to play the digital tracks on vinyl. Nothing special added...

The screenshot now is not quiet correct because if the interface is not plugged in the deck 2 doesn´t show the vinyl modus. but if it is locked it looks like deck 1.
The gain in the software is also in a good range when running. Just touches the red lights a little

I hope the infos and my english are neough :)

 are you using the Cross demo or Cross free ,, if trying to use t c control ,,there are limitations on both softwares ,,
if using t c vinals which ones are you using
havent seen issues with levels ,,so it has something to do with settings ,,
if no upload attachment tab is present in your posting page then the screen shots will be helpful as they are ,,
if you look in the upper left hand corner the display menue tab will get you to the manual and give maybe some info and insight to set up ,,
