Problem Cross 3.3.10. It stop to work sudently.

Hi,Cross 3.3.10 crach sudently as I am working with it.
There is no rules for the crash. Excepted each time it do it, I am doing something, an action.
One time I was using the "back" on my cdj 850, another time I was loading a song, I used to play, with my mouse. Anothertime I juste clicked on the "navigation history" of Cross. Anothertime I was moving in a folder to see the songs with the scroll of my cdj 850.
And sometimes Cross works during 5 hours without any problems.
It is the same computer, with the same configuration.
And each time the same message. Cross stop to work.
Windows try to close it during 3 minutes.

Do you know if there is a kind of crach report or something like that?
Any sugestion?? I don't know what to do, and I didn't find any solution on the forum.

Crash are located in a path like
C:/users / username / appdata / roaming / mixvibes / crash

If you find them please send all.

It isn't too clear if there is a single cause given your description. But it is way too often to be normal.

Still most common cause are tracks with corrupt parts. Usually these come from a similar source. Like one album.
If so please send the file to the devteam so the error can be caught and crash prevented.

The problem is not the songs I think. Because I use Cross 3 times by weeks. And I use to play the same songs without any problems.

I found the crash files but there is only two report.
I'm gone send it. we will see.

Hi,

Thank you for sharing those crash reports.
One of them was related to Cross 3.3.9 (an exception when exiting).
The other was more related to what you described : Cross 3.3.10, crash in CDJ 850 handling.

It should be fixed in the next release.

Salut, j'ai pratiquement le même problème. J'utilise des CDJ 2000.
Crash au chargement de la chanson ''Coco'' (dans ce cas si) pendant que de l'autre coté joue '' Whoomp there it is''. Et quand je redémarre le programme et que je fais la même séquence tout fonctionne bien.

It seems to me that the problem of closing without reason was finally settled ... already tested here in HID CDJ 350, nexus 2000 and CDJ 900 also tested with mixer DJM 900 SRT , Rene 62 with timecode vinyl so far ta all ok in version 3.3.11
