Unable to download new patch

For some reason i am unable to download the new patch and the old one keeps crashing on me i was wondering how to resolve this problem, i am using mac osx

new patch ,,are you refering to the latest version,, and what o s version are you running by your software badging you should have access to the download section ,, explain you issues a little bit futher

HI, I just got the Xone 23c mixer and it came with this software. When I open the app it says a newer version is available. When I click download it says access denied and that I need to add my serial number to my user control panel. Ok I did that now when I try and update I still get the same response. Any suggestions ?

I'm quite sure the update message (wrongly) refers to the regular Cross (not the bundled LE version) that has newer updates.
