It would be nice if someone could kindly help seeing as the admin now seem unable to respond to my requests. Not surprised as this was in clear concise english possibly difficult to understand from the given response as I was not even offered a resolution for the given problem. All I want to do is upgrade ... why so bloody difficult?!!!! the serial numb is in the profile so whats the problem./...

I've entered my serial number in the user control panel, as said, and i still doesnt work!!! It sais access denied........ Pls help
