I am reaching out for some help. Using the Numark N4 controller the Cue/Master mix knob does not seem to be working properly... It appears from the mapping pdf document on this site that it should be mapped (13) and that the Cue Volume knob (14) is mapped as "nothing / hardware" and should not work. However, the Cue Volume knob (14) does work and appears to be receiving a 100% feed from "Master" side of the cue. Unfortunately the (13) Cue / Master mix knob does nothing. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a mapping fix for this?

Actually - I have figured that the knob is working. The CUE buttons above the sliders are not working. When the knob is turned all of the way to the left I don't get the master mix through the headphones. Turn it to the right and the master mix comes in. However, with the knob all of the way to the left and the cu button pushed and lighting up - nothing through the headphones. I have tried the cue buttons above all four sliders and none of them produce a feed into the headphones from any of the four decks.

And checking it over, the mapping pdf on this site for the N4 does show that (23) is mapped as a cue monitor. Could it have fallen out in one of the recent upgrades.

Yes there is a physical knob on the controller and as mentioned in my update the knob is actually working. The cue buttons on the controller light up when pressed but do not produce any sound through headphones with the physical knob on the controller turned all of the way to the left.

There are two cue knobs on the controller. the left cue knob is to control the cue mix between cue and main. The right cue knob is to control the volume of the cue through the headphones. The audio setup is Speakers (N4) - 44100 HZ - input 1, input2, and Aux Input all set to none. Output 1 is left/right Output 2-4 set to none. Routing mode is simple stereo. Soundcard is L & R and feeds to the Master and Cue on the Cross Mixer.

I have tried every possible audio output setting combination for Numark N4 and none of them allow the cue function to work properly. We also have a Numark idj3 controller and the cue buttons don't work on that either - and the Numark firmware update for that controller will not load in windows 8. There isn't any firmware specific to Mixvibes Cross for the N4.
