Cross DJ/Pioneer wego

I just recently purchase Cross DJ and I can't get wego 2 controller to work. It does read online and can see signal when in contact but nothing responds. I figured you would need the mapping pdf file which I can't find. Can anyone help with this matter I would love to use this program for my next gig.

couple of issues to deal with,,,first is to regerster your software licence key in the fourm ,,,,user control panel/profile/serial # ,, gives access to download section for latest version and updated mappings ,
second is to give info as to your set up ie computer system specs ,sound card set up , also any sound config screen shots , plus any revelent info as to version and mapping you are using ,,
cant figure it out with out more info ,, and welcome

Thanks so much for the speedy reply Daniel. I'm currently using 3.3.5 version of Cross DJ. From what I have been told all the mapping should be preset already. I bought this version at the app store and I have searched for a serial number and haven't found one or a key to unlock other features. I'm using a refurbished vintage macbook Model Name: MacBook

Forgive my ignorance I'm new to the forum and the program.

I wasn't ask to give a key or register upon opening the program. Is it possible I need Cross as opposed to Cross DJ?

not familiar with the app ,,but different circumstances will post a link for more info as to getting a licence key ..
got to stand by for more info as to the wego2 ,, so have patience and enjoy Cross DJ ,,
