Troubles with Mixdeck Quad

I am sure this could all be straightened out so easily by phone. I'm sorry but getting frustrated not knowing how to upload images etc. and this all taking days to get anywhere just being able to check in when not busy with work etc. Is there anyone I can call. Moderator etc. Had I know there was no phone support for this product I probably would have choosen different software. Very frustrating to say the least. May need to get a refund since it doesn't work as advertised???

hate to ask if you have looked at the manual for the software goese over basic set up , ,,in the software gui the upper left tab ,,display menue/help/manual ,,thiis might help somewhat ,, too late for me to give my # to have you call me ,right now

Yep, I've double checked all the settings...seems correct. As I am typing this I am looking at the bottom and all there is is save, preview submit and an options tab below that that has check boxes with Disable bb code, disable smilies etc. above where I type there are image and video buttons but only put (img) (img) on the screen.

Why does mixvibes promotes its supporting mixdeck quad mapping while its not? What a scam. Made me buy this crap especially for that.

It's been supported for years. So please provide some more info.
What OS, which Cross version, have you selected the MIDI mapping.

what is working what isn't...

Cross DJ supports any MIDI device and any soundcard so your issue likely can be resolved....
