Can't update Cross LE

Hi, i bought a Allen & heath xone:23c mixer and got Cross LE with it.
When i start Cross LE, it ask me if i want to update, When i press yes, i come to this website and it says that i don't have permission to update and that i should write my serial number in the control panel.
Which i did. but still i can't update?
Would appreciate some help.

Sometimes unfortunately the credentials are not automatically adjusted after filling the key.

I really need to update Cross DJ LE to use my iTunes Library.

you might have the same solution ,, regerster the software licence key in the fourm to gain access to the download section

Upgrade to CrossDJ 3.3.8

This supports the latest iTunes.
