 try re mapping them to cap lock and the # ,,used this in a earlier mapping for control of head phone volume and gain volumes ,, ,,try using the numeric key pad ,  ohh you might be on a laptop ,,,  ,,not shure why its not sticking ,,should have to re map key board every time ,,

My laptop is a 17 inch so i do have the similar keyboard style to a desktop... i will try the way you suggest mr clark  but i shouldn't have to remap EVERYTIME

You may want to try a different mapping source (min PC/L 2.3 vid)
i will try a different scheme to see if that works  but the way i have it setup......it should work with no issue unless thats the way Cross is setup for the keyboard scheme

i think i got it now......mr clark u were right the number keyboard did the trick  , but the shift function is a little messed up  that has to be fixed everything works like it should be
