Re: Where is Crash report located for Cross?

Hello

How do I make available to dev team tracks to look at as well as my collection file!

The software crashed on me again last Friday!

I still use 2.6 faithfully without a single crash to date.

For tracks you can use any place accessible via the Internet.
Put the link in the forum and that's it.

Hello:

Still using 2.6....

I looked in my collection and noticed the following path:

C:\Program Files\MUSICMATCH\Music\Rap\Say Something (Featuring Drake) - Timbaland.mp3

But in some files the directory is:

C:\Documents and Settings\ddjj6969\My Documents\My M3U Playlists\Audio\..\..\..\..\..\Program Files\MUSICMATCH\Music\Old School\Movin - Brass Construction.mp3

I'm not sure what and how the second path came in to play....all my files are in the first one! the song will play, however. How did this come to be and does it affect the program!

There are about 80 files with the second path!

Thanks

This has been fixed for a while (after 2.6).

If I recall this right the only thing you can do is remove as the relocation doesn't work due to the characters in the location field.

You may first want to check if the tracks are also present in your collection pointing to the right location. Else you may want to add them properly (as you may have noticed the problem is that there is a double path in the field).

I think it was the first track in a playlist, or the first not yet present that was being added including local roaming folder in the path.

Just want to report that I am finally able to use 3.3.10 without crashes.....playing either music or videos....been about a month and a half, bye bye 2.6...!
Didn't do anything different on my end....just reporting success...

Thanks for reporting back this.

Unfortunately we also have no clue what caused it.. Let's hope it is 'resolved' permanently....
