Problem with Pioneer ddj ergo

Hello i have a big problem with my original software mixvibes 3.3. I have Pioneer ddj ergo and normally i use traktor, program sees asio driver, but mixvibes no..... In audio preference about asio setting i see native-instruments controllers but not ergo.... So i cannot use software....cause built sound card in ergo doesnt seen....what can i do?

I have already download last driver and firmware of Pioneer whitout any positive solution...
Can u help me please?

:cool: have you tried ,asio4all, a win system set of drivers ,,
any screen shots of what you are seeing and what you have downloaded to see whats going on ,, will help find a solution ,,also any system config info will help also :cool:

Have you tried the 32-bit version as Pioneer has not yet published 64-bit audio drivers?

Win 8 should be quite fine as far as I know. :cool:

Using mixvibes 3.2 i found the asio driver and program seen so built card... And so the situation now is ok....

Using 3.3 mixvibes i have only the possibility to run program in 64 bit and the problem continues, even if i push right mouse button i dont find the possibility to run program in 32 bit....

i have disinstalled program 3.3.0 cause i have found 32 bit version but doesnt go and i started again, i have installed 3.3.1 versione
and finally i have found the 32 bit version that for my lucky now goes and so the program see asio driver

so really thx from italy for your polite support
