Hey there!
I've previously posted a complaint stating the issue that i had with my software which says as shown in the attachment. I had this issue with 3.1.0 and also the problem exist even with Cross 3.3.0 that just got released.

I'm using a NI Traktor X1 as a Controller along with NI Traktor Z1.
Tech Spec of my laptop is:
Lenovo y510p i7, 8GB Ram, 2GB Nvidia GT 750m, 1TB HDD.

Can someone please help me out with a solution!

The challenge for the devteam is that this message is not helping at all, other than proving it happens.
Even trying to find a way to catch the error is not easy. Some changes were made after the earlier release which made this quite exceptional, at least for many.

It could be helpful if you have some more details of the circumstances it occurs. This might help to narrow down the search.

Also specific other processes may be of influence...

Soundcard not available/working? Try the 32bit version of Cross (is also installed).

Every time this happens when i try to load a track into any of the decks. Not when the tracks are playing. Happens exactly when I try to load a track any one of the deck.

If this is the moment there is a fair chance that something is wrong with the track.

If you can make such a track available for the devteam they can try to catch the error and avoid Cross from crashing.

If you have multiple tracks with an issue then likely they are from a similar source source. Or e.g. converted with the same program.

Is the crashing file format always the same (mp4 etc)? have you tried playing other types?
Thinkpad X240, 8 Gb / 512Gb SSD
running Cross 3.4.3 64-bit
Allen & Heath K2, Pioneer DJM-450
