When you reply to your own post it will be a 'new' post again. Creating new topics is not recommended as info gets lost, especially for support as they (I) have trouble remembering who posted what when.

The only thing you could do (sometimes) is make a summary of the issue and the things you tried.

Hi everybody,

Still need help, currently tried the following things.

- Used the driver from the forum U46mk2 v3.0, didn't help
- Reinstalled the programs, no effect
- Checked the latency, nothing strange
- Played with the buffer size, didn't help
- Disabled the key match and other 3 options in the config menu 3.2 version, no result

I use mix vibes in combination with timecode vinyl, if i only use the program without the vinyl and interface there's no problem.

The BPM is unstable only using version 2.5 or higher (introduction of key match).

Help is very much appreciated, really want to use the newer versions due to more options and better effects.

Just checked it and it did improve, but it's not as it should yet. BPM is still not steady but it finds a point eventually. It might switch 0.2 or so . But it's mixable, however still not as stable as the 2.4

i forgot to mention something else earlier, when i press sync for the bpm match it takes 2 or 3 tries before it picks the right one :(. However when it's finally right it can still become unstable after a few secs.

Another thing i just discovered is that some of my tracks don't show the BPM correctly, they show 0.5 or 0.3. What can this be, this isn't with the 2.4 version. Tracks are wav or mp3 320's, so good quality.

It's a bit late to give it a good try so i will check tomorrow & sunday and give an update. Because it did improve i might have to play a bit more with the buffer size now. If you have any idea's yet for the other things i mentioned there welcome as i will then try all of them  .

Thanks for your patience, i should've tested the switch from hybrid to speed or MT a bit better.

Have been playin with the program a few hours and finally getting near a stable situation by changin the buffer size and some settings. Will proceed in doing so. Switchin from hybrid to MT/speed did bring a big difference, however don't had this problem with the 2.4  .

The other issue's mentioned are however still present, any idea's what this can be ?

Thanks so far !

Tried playin more with the buffer size but it doesn't get more stable, and the other issues are still there.

Also downloaded the 3.3.1 version but this has no influence :(

What should i try next ?

Just one more suggestion, won't hurt, takes little time ( few minutes) and sometimes helps...
Rename your mixvibes .settings file. It is in the Userprofile area of your MAC.
Start Cross 3.3. Check your settings (a new default settings file is auto created).
Give it a try...

Apologies for the late reply, changed the settings file but the reset of config didn't bring any result.

Also tried playing some more with the buffer size but this doesn't effect the unstable situation.

Got a few questions

The u46MK2 interface works with USB 1, could this be an issue ? Serato & tractor have usb 2.0

There have been a lot of updates for the last years but the interface hasn't changed or received an update. Why ?

My LT has 4 GB 1600-MHz DDR3L RAM, isn't this sufficient enough ?

Usb 1 has sufficient bandwidth for the audio. Most controllers are class compliant. This means it connects automatically. Some have drivers which in most cases aren't actually a driver but a basic control panel with minor options. Though the options are pretty useful.

The Cross interface definitely changed several times from details and colours to complete new layout between major versions. If only to fit in video usage.

Buffer shouldn't be related. If to low you'll have dropouts. If no dropouts it is fine.

Don't have mac so don't know about specs. Minimum spec is at website products page.
