Vfx Control Defective, NO ANSWERS!

Hello mixvibes!

Seems like no one is answering my post! again i'm sorry but what should i do with my u.s.$699 VfxControl hardware? i know mixvibes has discontinued VFXcontrol but what is a fair system for a costumer like me?

This 2014 my Vfx Control open only once & after that it never open again. 2 of my laptop say's "Driver Install Fail" so i can't post any screen shots because it doesnt work on any laptop.

Pls. answer mixvibes thanks!

:cool: sorry i cant be of more help ,, one of the things that jumps out at me is the ???are you trying to run this controller on a mac os ,, originaly think this controller was set up for win systems and not to control via mac ,, different drivers and thinking that one was never set up for mac ,, might be the root cause for the issues you are having ,, need confirmation from teck support ,,

1st of all i only use mac with my serato & i only use mixvibes Vfx Control with my 2 PC's. (& used Not more than 20 times since i bought it) because Vfx Control is very small & i like it for display only. for 2 years of djing i always use my Umixcontrol PRO & my VCI380.
there is no problem with my VFXsoftware because i can still use it until now with diff. controller & even timecode.

the problem is the hardware "VFXcontrol". because 2 of my PC laptop does'nt recognize it even my co DJ's PC doesnt recognize it and it only says driver install fail. like what i said its the I.C part of the Vfx is Damage so what shoul i do when there is no mixvibes here in the philippines?

my MIDI on Vfx software detects any controller i put in. so i don't see any damage on the software.

My Vfx Control hardware is in standby light only (Blue Light) & if you connect to any PC laptop the light should run & it means the laptop recognizes the Vfx Hardware
but no! there is no signal or any sign on Vfx hardware when i connect it to any PC laptop. its like there is no power on Vfx Control, no signal, no sign, something like dead Vfx Control hardware not working at all, only standby light nothing more!

all my compatible MIDI controller on Vfx software is working!
only my Vfx Control hardware is not working!
99.9% Vfx Control maybe has Internal hardware damage.
