Upgrade Cross DJ

Hi Team, I bought the upgrade to Cross DJ but when I want to upgrade from Cross DJ 2.4.0 does not let me and sent me to the panel control (user profile). I put new serial numbers but says only that profile is updated. What should I do?

right now all the software badge showing is Vfx ,, pm unckle vibes with the nessary info and maybe he can get sorted ,, info as to purches ,, email confirmation,, licence keys ,, ,,do not post any of that on the open fourm please
