Could you check the Menu | About...

Starting to guess that the 'cross-free' part of your title is the name of a collection.... Would be a disadvantage of replying to the forum from a smartphone by me..

if so it is Cross 3.2.x, would mean that cleaning up between installs was not executed fully and Cross found that collection each time. It is a user file so cannot be uninstalled automatic.

Please provide the info and we can go back to the other details...

Hi dudes/dudettes, problem solved !!

I took all your and other advice about what do and delete etc but still no joy, got around to thinking it must be my puter; so went for a factory reset and bingo !!!!!! Normal service is resumed, plus now have the tried and tested new version 3.2.0 installed.

Thanks for all your advice, consequently I know more about the software than I ever imagined I would and learnt a lot about what it takes to get and keep DJ software running properly - the hardware can spin out badly and being able to get the s*&t running again is a must !!!
