Sorry for reviving this topic, but the issue is still present :/ I tried all the suggestions in here and nothing worked. Maybe somebody else experienced something similiar in the meantime and knows a solution.
I got the same problem but with the cdj2000 and the nexus both humping the values - or + 0.2%, its pretty irritating, I hope there is gone be a work around or a fix soon for this problem.
