My system is as shown. Processor : Intel(R) Core i7-4700MQ CPU@ 2.40 GHz RAM: 16.0 GB System type: 64-bit Operating System, 64x based processor I own Cross DJ 3.1.0, as well as the rights to take off water mark. My problem is simply that the video freezes in time. I have optimized all of my power saving abilities. I have cleaned and defraged my computer, I have a lot of space I Turned off my anti virus completely All my video have been analyzed I have optimized windows 8.1 as shown here http://forum.mixvibes.com/viewtopic.php?f=358&t=28587I have installed 3.0 as well as 3.2 rc still same issue. I have used the setting separate audio/video loading which defeats the purpose since I can only use one video for that mode I have made a 3 min video showing the issue at hand. I will admit I am an idiot with computers I have a lot of respect for you helping me so thank you.

just curious as to the spec on the video card ,, didnt see them listed ,, this might be a little harder to get,, the cpu usage and ram usage during playback and where is it at during freezing also any issues with just audio playback ,, just for kicks what are the file types that you are using and bit rates what version of the video plug in are you running with Cross DJ and can you regerster the licence key on the fourm in your profile ,, so if there is a updated version of the vid plug in then you will have access to it ,

Hi all,
OK, basically I had gone the same route in optimizing my Asus N46 notebook. But still, I got the very same problem with Tapy in using my denon 6000 Windows 8.1 with Cross 3.1, sad to say with lower spec system than his : Intel i5 2.5 GHz 12 GB RAM.
Cross 3.1 crashes all the time, less than 5-minute use, every time I try FX, filter, title, looping etc with my Denon controller. I load 2 MP4 HD 720 video files (60's MB each). Every time I play the first 2 video files side by side, it freezes. Even only with the first video being played and the 2nd video was loaded only, not played yet side by side. I have to go to Task Manager to close Cross 3.1.
Any recommendation / suggestion from other users or even the Cross moderator would be highly appreciated.
Many thanks

Nvidia 7.5 760 it is. I never had these issues when playing my audio files (10's MB each) in hours with Cross 3.0 or 3.1.
O yes, I still have my Cross 3.0 installed altogether with my 3.1.
Thanks
