Installed Cross RC 3.2.0 still did not fix my mp3 info gone from mp3 file after being analyzed I even turn off all option for analyzing hello tech support this has been going on long enough need an answer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stopping analysis won't help.
You can turn off writing tags to file in General tab of Preferences.
Analysis will be done at load of a track.

Audio dropouts? Increase audio 'buffer size' value.
