MIDI is mapped however.......

[show-spect]

I Have no sound. I'm using and Akai LPD8 controller. I see on screen where my pads are mapped for sampler A. however I have no sound. Any suggestions for a solution would be greatly appreciated.

MIDI mapping is independent of audio routing. (don't know if this good or bad news for you).

Could you post a capture of your Audio tab in preferences to avoid misunderstanding of the routing you setup.

Did you install and select the audio driver for the controller; if possible the ASIO driver for the device.

check audio config to make shure its correct ,,
check MIDI map selected to check operation of controller
