I cannot get instinct soundcard to work, the cue and master outputs are both coming out of the same channels!

I have the Instinct connected to my laptop Via USB. Headphones plugged to the front. Speakers plugged in from the back, just a basic setup.

It works fine using the Cross DJ app on my iPad!.

The only thing I could think was maybe the cue should be connected to output 3? I'm not sure, the DJ control has its own set-up screen aswell, I tried messing around with these too but it hasn't solved anything.

This seems alright to.
Did you check as Daniel suggested? The 'Mix' knob fader mixes cue volume with master volume. At the right top of your screen you can see it. To have Cue audio only it should be fully left.

Great this appears to be it.
Just try to make it a habit to quickly set the turn/move controls when you connect a MIDI device (and have a DJ program started).
In most cases they need to be 'synced', depending on position. When done in advance you won't be surprised later...

Enjoy!
