Hi I recently sold a PC and didnt unlink my Cross licence from it. It isnt letting me register Cross with my new desktop. Is there anything I can do?

Did you uninstall Cross before selling your PC?
If not, you should ask the new owner to do it.

It was an ebay sale, i dont have his details. If he leaves the software installed im screwed right? Thats a bit harsh ha ha

No you aren't. You're allowed to install Cross on 2 different computers.

Ive got my laptop registered and needed the second licence for my new desktop.... Is there anyway I could get my licence changed and make the other expire?

You should have cleaned up your computer before selling it... :)

But anyway, there's no simple way to make the other expire, we'll force it though. You shouldn't have any issue when installing and running Cross on your new computer.

Really apprecate the help. Lesson learned. I cleared all my photos and music on but left Cross on by mistake =(
