Library Collection Tracks

I'm having an issue with some of the tracks from iTunes that I've added to the Cross Collection. I add songs from the iTunes section, analyze all the songs successfully, and then when I go to load songs into the player it says "Can't load track; file not found". I have not changed the file name or location, and all files are in .m4a format. Help me please!

Not sure what causes it.
Might it be that the name of any folder involved has changed ever since it was added to iTunes.
If it is folder related you can via the menu choose Resolve missing tracks. Point one to the 'new' location. You will be asked if Cross will try to resolve the other listed tracks. You might have to do this a few times depending on the folder structure.

I'm not sure but it may have been related to adding the art for that album and thus "combining" songs under 1 album folds-wise. seems to be ok now that i resolved missing tracks (painstakingly). Thanks!

I guess you copied the songs to the artwork?
