I know that this is not the correct post but for some reason I can't post anywhere. I'm new in this family and I just purchase the Cross software , but what I found is that. is not what I expect when i test the free vercion for couple of week and was something interesting so i decide to purchases. in my opinion the mapping is so frustrate and difficult the jogwheels don't work properly nowadays most of the software's have lit up and also is very hard to mapp out. when you press a button they have a delay of 3 to 4 seconds, so is there any way to get a refund

Hi DJTotal,
The controller should respond instantly. Delays of 3-4 secs are not normal. Loading delays are usually caused by PC settings. Mostly related to energy saving of HDD, Anti Virus and sometimes wireless networks.

What are you trying to map in settings? Most things are easily changed.

You mention you can only post here. Do you have read access to the Cross forum?

Please provide some more details on your setup and on what you try to achieve. Many users in the forum are willing to help you out.

by playing snoop doggy dog ,, saw you have a stanton MIDI controller ,, any tpe of link can you post to see the spec on what you have as a set up ,, sorry for your troubles ,but not knowing what you are facing gives us no oppunity to try to help .. if making the music was easy everyone would be doing it and welcome
