Cross and Rekordbox won't stay activated

Everytime I restart my computer I have to re enter my activation keys for both Cross and Reckordbox. How do i fix this?

Window 8 x64
running Cross as Admin

No i'm using the same windows account on all computers. I only have Cross on my performance Rig, I have Rekordbox on a few different computers and this is the only one I have the issues on. I've seen it before right after a fresh OS install but it usually resolves itself after a couple of restarts. this has been happening for almost a month now.

Do your computers sync user profile

Yes, I use a Microsoft account on both laptops running windows 8.1. I haven't noticed any issues syncing MS specific things like my desktop wallpaper, computer settings, or the Microsoft store apps. Also, no other programs I've had to activate on either system is doing this

Someone with more knowledge regarding license control will have to help you out here, especially if it is about syncing (which I suspect but don't know for sure).
Never used MS sync as I have PC's/laptops for different purpose and do not want to get that messed up by sync. It might be (guessing) that the volume of your sync-info is to much to actually sync in all situations.

Whatever it is license being 'changed' is more than annoying.

We never tested with synced accounts... We need to check this.
