Wild guess: switch audio to Single mode. It's not a solution, but a way to hear if FX is audible if all audio is channeled to one output.

Do you have an ASIO driver installed? If not please give it a try. E.g. http://www.asio4all.com if you do not have an ASIO device driver (beta 2 seems fine).
Will bring your latency likely back to appx 1/4 or less. Again not ment as a solution to the problem. But you never know.

Do you have the latest soundcard driver installed?

If you select an other EQ preset in preferences does it make a change?

Audio dropouts? Increase audio 'buffer size' value.

Soundcard not available/working? Try the 32bit version of Cross (is also installed).

still nothing... I tried your suggestions.. still no FXs sound..

I always update my driver, for windows hardware I use advance update driver, and sometimes visit hardware manufacturer like denon or native instruments..

I think sound card nor driver is fine, because I use Traktro Scratch Pro, everything alright..

My analysis, mixvibes is not processing or missing value for processing the fx, so it creates nothing.. and fyi Filter is working..

is there any technical support following this? '
please help...

anyway RoJeC, thanx for your attention...

There's no way to completely disable FXs, so I can't see any reason why they wouldn't work.

Be sure the FX you want to hear is "on" (on the interface).
Be sure the FX channel is correctly configured (on the interface).
Be sure you are listening to the master out(s) of Cross and not the previews (cue), cause there's no FX processed in on cue channel.

As SylMV mentions very hard to think of what could cause it, other than specific PC/device properties.
Maybe you can try disconnecting external speakers/soundcards/devices/MIDI.
Set audio to Simple Stereo and use PC speakers only....

Found it...!!!!

I check the setting for FX, it was set to VIDEO only...
To make FX routed to audio out we must set to AUDIO or AUDIO + VIDEO..

Thanx everyone.. you can see the attached file...
