Hello,
I have purchased the Cross Package and have a serious problem with the program.. I successfully downloaded and installed the latest driver, U46 MK2 v3.0 and the latest Cross 2.5. I have a 32-bit Windows 7 System that rarely has any trouble. I previously used a different sound card, Rolands RC-300 Loopstation to name it.
I followed the instructions perfectly, and understand how its SUPPOSED to work. This is my setup: I have 1 turntable and 1 external mixer. I followed the instructions for the external mixer mode setting.
In the "Audio" section of "Preferences", I choose "MixVibes U46 MkII ASIO" under the section "ASIO :", as instructed in the manual. HOWEVER: the program then does not want to load ANY tracks and shows the sadly very vague error message: "Track loading error. Check your audio settings."
I then experimented and chose "Speaker (MIXVIBES U46 MKII Audio driver)" under the section "DirectSound". THIS allowed me to load tracks, but there could only be ONE output chosen! I obviously need 2 Outputs to send into my mixer. There is only one output allowed and its called "Left/Right". I can't split them. This is even though I had the cables connect perfectly, Output 1 of Soundcard to Input 1 of External Mixer and Output 2 of Soundcard into Input 2 of External Mixer, I know, makes sense.
ALSO: the programm doesn't register or calibrate or react to anything from the timecode vinyl, even though I correctly connected it (trust me I double checked). So that doesn't work either.
The entire package at this point sadly is of no use whatsoever but I really hope to change that so please help. Thanks. I really want to give MixVibes a shot so I'm not giving up please help, merci.

Wait, what? Im sorry I didn't quite get that. Je n'ai comprenais pas que tu as dit.
So... the sc that windows is using cannot be used by Cross, at the same time? And windows has to use the default "Realtek" (in my case) sc and then Cross will be okay with the setting "MIXVIBES U46 MKII ASIO" ?

That doesnt work either though!!! ... heres a few screenshots of my settings... http://www.imagebanana.com/view/qmxgdo7 ... enshot.jpghttp://www.imagebanana.com/view/10cid7u ... nshot2.jpghttp://www.imagebanana.com/view/3gyu9e4 ... nshot3.jpghttp://www.imagebanana.com/view/lqkd3z4 ... nshot4.jpghttp://www.imagebanana.com/view/uiqrkml ... nshot5.jpgHere some more infos: MAIN PROBLEM: Cross does not load tracks when I choose "MIXVIBES U46 MKII ASIO" as the sound device in the AUDIO section of PREFERENCES of Cross. It doesn't load tracks, but it also doesn't calibrate the turntable, not registering anything when I play the timecode vinyl for calibration. Result: The entire package is of no use to me whatsoever. This is my last resort in this forum and I hope we can resolve this. 1. I have only 1 Turntable and I use and external mixer, no controller. 2. I use Windows 7, with good system specs (4 GHz, 4GB Ram) 32-bit. 3. Until now I used the soundcard from the Roland RC-300 Loopstation via USB, but I uninstalled it to avoid complications. 4. I followd the manual for installation PERFECTLY, and I have the latest driver for the U46 MK2. I also use the latest Cross version (2.5) 5. I tried all the troubleshooting from the manual, to no avail. 6. I changed the settings of the Windos System Sound Devices in a number of ways (deactivated all U46 related devices (channels 12, 34, 56 aswell), activated all but left them at "Standby" or "Ready to use" mode (see screenshot). It all didn't work, it seems I am missing something. Please help.

ATTENTION
PROBLEM HAS BEEN SOLVED!
Turns out, if you have "Channel 12" "Channel 24" and "Chanel 56" as installed sound cards, you have done something wrong during the installation process of the soundcard! I resetted EVERYTHING and uninstalled everything and just tried once again and it WORKED.
So thanks for the help, its all good now!
