Freeze in Cross 2.6.0

Hello everyone,i seem to have a freeze problem in Cross,it comes up "Cross not responding" and totally freezes. I noticed in my play history it was the same track when loaded that was freezing,although it had been played many times and been ok.I deleted the track from collection and all was ok,now a couple of weeks later another track is freezing everything up, this to has been played many times without problems.I dont want to be deleting tracks all the time,am i doing something wrong ?

have just noticed my serial is not being recognised ? i have checked and it is defiantly right ???

morning Unclevibes, not as yet because my serial is not being reconised, i have checked and it is right. How long has 3.0 been out ?as Cross was installed by the company building my laptop just a couple of months a go.something is not right here i fear,anyway got to go to work now,will check back later.cheers

p m uncle the info as to the serial # and maybe even a copie of the invoice of the build ,, he might be able to strighten it out for you ,
