If you press play and hold your platter, and then try to move the tempo fader to change the tempo, Cross slows down considerably, sometimes it dont even change. It works when you do this in Serato tho.

holding the platter and trying to change the tempo for me doenst work....the tempo doesn't change.

a controller.... Pioneer ddj sr...kind of a habit i picked up in serato and i try not to use the sync( i dont think its the devil or nothing )

I still haven't understood what/where is the problem Using a MIDI controller, you can hold the platter and change BPM. Using timecode, you can't, as BPM depends on timecode speed.
