one more question please:
for the first time few days ago before this case i found 1 corrupt (!)
file in my whole collection (Cross 3.0 recognized it)
i have removed it from collection,also deleted and removed from my folder

is that enough ? how to deal with corrupt files in the future to be 100% sure

Basically a file is marked as corrupted when it makes the analysis crash.

Then, you can try to analyse it again to see if it keeps crashing.
And just trash it if it does (and delete it in Cross, otherwise, it'll be displayed as missing).
