Soundcard query

Good Morning,

I recently purchased an envivo usb DJ controller with Cross DJ 2.50 mixvibes software. I purchased a cheap sound card (see link below for image of this).

I cant however link the external soundcard to enable me to cue the next track in my headphones - i can only get the master out through the internal soundcard or externally through the headphones.

Im quite a novice with this clearly ! What i did want to ask was : do i need a multi channel external soundcard to solve this problem ? If so, can anyone advise one that will be work with this software ?

regerster your software licence kety on the fourm ,,,user control panel/[profile/serial#

The software serial number for Cross or CrossDJ in normally found on the CD/DVD sleeve.

the only serial number i have is on the back of the DJ controller. However when i input this number is comes up invalid ?

How did you installed your controller?

when installing the Cross DJ cd i entered the serial number on the back of the controller which was accepted.

I essentially want to know if possible if i need a multi channel external soundcard as i cant listen to the next track in my headphones with the external soundcard that i currently have

google asio4all ,,read instructions and see ,,
the cd instalation disk sleeve has a little sticker on it with the licence key ,, enter that in your profile to regerster ,,as jim said
