HELP! MixVibes Information is not showing up on the bridge after synch with Rekordbox.

My Cross library should show up on the Bridge tab in Rekordbox. I've updated cue points & loops in Cross. Followed the Rekordbox sync directions. I was hoping the playlist, beatgrid, cue, and loop info would sync with Rekordbox. But it hasn't. Any suggestions

If we make changes in Cross, is getting a sync, and refreshes the bridge of RKB.
