Cross won't start

I use Cross on Asus i5 with operating system windows 8.

Suddenly my Cross 2.40 could not launch (see the attached file).
While i was using CrossDJ 2.40 in the same notebook, only several times the application deliver same error...

Please give me new update...

Your settings file must be corrupted for any reason.

Delete it and try to relaunch.

i had re-install the application several times, still did not work..

but my Cross DJ running well..

Update to 2.5 and try again

Re-installing the software does not erase the settings file.
Try to delete it manually.

Cross setting file should be here:
C:\Users\User_Name\AppData\Roaming\MixVibes\Cross

I had delete the config file, but the "Master" info was missing, and sync button can not stay ON, it works like play button..

Anyway thanks for all responses, I attached recent error, in case mixvibes team would dig the problem...

NB: for now app can start..
