Cross 2.6 installation problem (Mac)

I would like to install the new Cross version 2.6, but I somehow did not succeed. My problem is this. When I install the 2.6 and try to open it, I get this message (translated): Cross can't be openend. I should move it into the bin. I'm using OS X 10.8.5. I have tried so far: erasing the last version and downloading the file again. But I still cannot open Cross 2.6

Can anyone help me?

I forgot to mention, that I also tried that without any luck. I have disabled the "you can only install porgramms from verified developers"...

you can try ctrl-click -> show package content -> run the app from there.

I am having the same issue on Lion. Its not letting me open the package from all the methods above.

I have also tried the steps the OP has selected....

Nothing so far... =(

Tried installing previous versions and so far 1.5 installs fine.
