I'm not saying the problem is necessary the Cross version. I'm saying if you want help you must refer to a recent version, cause many things have been fixed since then and we don't want to waste time on already fixed issues.
what version was the earlier screen shots from ,, i did have issues with the pro comming on line with earlier ver ,, try using the 2.5 version and see ,,,,
i remember this if you get 2.5 working properly ,,happiness ,, looked again at your screen shot ,, i just plowed through that warning and it played fine ,, you also have your sc setting wrong in mixvibes ,, look at mine dual stero ,, ,,get 2,5 working you will be happy

Thanks a lot for the help man but still cannot load the music to deck in 2.5 also :'( And the error is back to this again.. i think it's better for me to stop trying

last thougt ,, if you look at my screen shots of windows(vista) sound panel you will see the U-Mix sc listed in the selections ,, this seems to be missing in your screen shot ,, has to be a reason ,,

Hey, just a thought, did you try to use the soundcard with another audio app (not necessary DJ)? Just to ensure the device is not faulty.

how your windows sound panel should be set up
