Hi. I'm using U-Mix Control Pro. On audio settings of Cross DJ if i choose "Mixvibes Asio U-Mix Control Pro" i cant even load the music to the deck. it says "can't load. check your audio settings". What should i do? Another question: My headphones are connected to U-Mix Control Pro device. And the Reference Monitor is connected to my laptop. i cant get any sound on my headphones. Again. i think both of these question got only 1 answer BTW the users guide is so low..

little bit more info as to computer and operating system ,, also check in windows sound preferences that the U-Mix sc is not being used as default by windows ,,,,that should clear up your error ,, headphone issue will probly resolve after you get the sc issue resolved ,, and welcome looking for a link on similiar issues ,,this is close ,,think it even has some screen shots ,, viewtopic.php?f=354&t=27567

Yea nice screenshoots i got windows 7 home premium. do i have to make both of them active? i mean Asio and the computers sound card both? When i click on Try the sound card i get sound on my headphones now which are connected to asio. But when trying to hear some music i got no sound. By the way when i click on the sound icon i see 2 sections. Speakers of computer(realtek) and Asio. i think i'm close to the solution

Now this is the situation. Set Realtek as default and asio is free now. And the error message is changed "cant load check audio settings" to this

i think it's more about the sound driver settings of device, not the Cross version? i have 2.5 also, if that's the problem.
