Audio Issues (Dropouts)

Postby s4ti on 31 Aug 2013, 19:57

Hello,

I'm currently using Win 7 professional with CrossDJ 2.5.0 and i'm experiencing audio dropouts and the Cross DJ software causes audio dropouts when trying to change songs whilst it is analysing. I've tried a lot of different things to solve this including ASIO4all, disabling antivirus and firewall but still no luck. I have used serato scratch on my laptop before and i've had no issues using that.

Here is my laptop spec:

Sony Vaio VGN-FW31E
Intel Core 2 Duo CPU T6400 @ 2.00Ghz 2.00Ghz
4GB RAM
320 GB Hard Drive

Please see the image below of the results I get using the latency checker.

Looking forward to getting response soon.

You are putting to much strain on your processor.

Try to analyse all your files first.

Seems to have done the trick, played around with some buffer settings as well, will see how it goes.

FYI...I'm using Mixvibes 2.6.0 RC :surprised:
