control pro 2 MIDI mapping for ver 2.5

has any one with the control pro 2 controller tried using ver 2.5,,,
looked for a updated ver for ver 2.5 ,,only 2.4 avaible,,,tried using the modified MIDI mapping created by maxron for control of 8 sample pads for version 2.3 ,, some how the software has changed ,,in ver 2.4 and now 2.5 the sync button on the controller ,doese not activiate the sync,,,(using the modified 2.3),,using the 2.4 version of the MIDI map ,all well except for control of the 8 sample pads ,, will post a link for the modified 2.3 map ,, hopes in getting a mapping modified to the same parmeters

Post the file and will be happy to duplicate the functionality on a mapping for version 2.5

Done
Press the jog button on each side to enable locators 5-8 or pads 5-8
Jog will light when extra locator and pads enabled. Jog is of when using Locators and pad 1-4.

Some of the functionality in the tracker has changed for version 2.5.

This version also includes some video commands. Open MIDI editor to take a look.
Try this file and let me know if you have any problems.

Hate to complain ,,feed back ,,,,the action is not the same ,, first when i use controller to trigger sample ,, a light ring around sample pad blinks on a few times before the sample triggers ,, on all 8 sample pads ,, some times a few ,some times it flashes at least 5 times before it triggers the sample,, it does the same thing with a ring of lights around the player display when you trigger the locators,, also this action has changed to the same by using the mouse/gui to trigger samples

would the snap/quantise feature cause this ,, will check

you have got the sync control right ,,
also the jog was used as a shift to trigger the two different set of pads/locators ,, in this version it is a on have too press off

please dont take thease remarks as negitive ,, could not even had this with out your efforts ,,

played with it and yes the snap and quantise had it pausing ,,lite ring looks kool ,,pause on changing any thing ,,will have to ring out ,,but it looks good ,on initial playing

Do you mean that the jog action was momentary instead of a toggle? Let me know on that one because that is an easy fix. I have to investigate a little more on the lights for the pads because in 2.3 the pads were blinking with triggering but that changed in 2.4. However, with a little more coding I can duplicate the effect so let me check on that. In the meantime let me know about the jog wheel.

This updated file has the jog as holder switches. I think this is what you want. On the lights for the pad I have to do a little more coding and test because that was a change from 2.3 to 2.4 that carried over to 2.5. let me know.

Make sure to change the file name if you want to keep both.

by not being in snap/quantise , the light doesnt come on around the sample pad ,,happy the way it is ,, will download the second file to try out ,, but overjoyed with the first ,, ,holder or monentery are both fine ,, thank you no need for any more changes ,,
