Need New Jogwheels for Vfx Control

Dear MixVibes Team,

I have been facing problems with the scratching in the right deck in my MixVibes Vfx Controller and had already mentioned in the community to find a solution.

I was inquisitive and had to find out what is the problem, hence I managed to open the controller and find out that the jog wheels need to be replaced.

I need to replace the jog wheels ASAP, and if you can provide me with the information of cost and delivery I would like to buy it with much haste. I would appreciate any help on this issue.

Hi Unclevibes,

Its not broken , the sensor does not work for 1 jog wheel.
So to check this, i removed the jog wheel & put it into the other deck (B) ... the scratch sensor worked.
So i have concluded that the jog wheel ( PLASTIC WHEEL WITH A METAL ROD BELOW ATTACHED TO IT ) is the problem & i need new ones. It is the plastic jog wheel with a metal rod i require ( 2 numbers). A small clip with washer holds it at the tip of the metal rod, so the wheel stays fitted.
